Digital downloads

There is nothing to ship. Within minutes of your payment clearing, an email arrives with a private link to your full-resolution file. The link stays valid for 7 days and can be used more than once, so you can download to more than one device.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will resend it. A link that has expired before you used it will be replaced at no charge, at any time.

Digital downloads can be bought from anywhere in the world.

Prints

Every print is made to order. Nothing is held in stock, so each order goes into production after it is placed. Two separate periods make up the time before a parcel reaches you: production, then transit.

• Production — 2 to 3 business days.
• Transit — 2 to 5 business days by UPS or FedEx Ground within the United States.

So a typical order arrives within about a week of being placed, and often sooner.

Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin production on the next business day. Large pieces are boxed rigid or crated rather than rolled, which can add a little to both stages.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price of every print. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout, and the price you see is the price you pay.

Where we ship

Prints ship to addresses in the United States only. Because every print ships within the United States, there are no customs or import charges.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier and replace the order where it is lost.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in production the address cannot be changed, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable because of a wrong address can be reshipped at the cost of postage. If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, email us straight away — if production has not started we can still correct it.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the damage and the packaging and email us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the piece at no charge and you do not need to send the damaged one back. See our Refund Policy for the full detail.
