Let us introduce you to Thomas, the artist behind What Goes Over The Couch.
Thomas began his career in 1977, photographing with formats from 35mm to 8x10. It would be hard to name a subject he has not photographed — from frosty mornings in New England to Formula One, action sports to still lifes, portraits to products.
The second half of his career saw the rise of digital cameras. Thomas became obsessed with digital painting, first in Photoshop and Corel Painter, and today with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly.
He holds a Master of Photography degree and has won virtually every award in the industry: multi-time Photographer of the Year in Professional Photographers of America, Kodak Gallery and Fuji Masterpiece Awards, and best of show in many photography competitions.
Today he creates his art in the Big Bend area of Texas, with tools from crude pinhole cameras to the latest digital applications.
